120 days to decide
Every HYDRER product comes with 120 days from delivery to live with it. Train in it, use it, wash it. If it hasn't earned its place, send it back for a full refund — used or unused, with a prepaid return label on us.
That isn't generosity; it's the business model. Gear that only survives a 30-day returns window wasn't built well enough. Ours has to survive your ordinary days, so the window is long enough for plenty of them.
If something's wrong, that's on us
If anything arrives damaged or fails in a way it plainly shouldn't, contact us and we'll make it right. No forms, no interrogation.
The standard behind it
Everything HYDRER makes has to pass one test before it ships: does it earn its place in a real home, on an ordinary Tuesday? If it is awkward to store, slow to set up, or built to be replaced, it doesn't ship — however good it looks in a photograph.
No noise, no gimmicks, nothing you have to step around. Just training, recovery, and the gear that earns its place.
